Move
every joint in the morning and at night for your tissue and organs. Get
out of breath once a day for your lungs and heart. And press something
heavy a couple times per week for your bones. Meditate and pray at least
once a day because the mind is the one thing that requires stillness
for optimal function. You are not made of food. You are made of your
reactions to what you have ingested, what you cannot eliminate, and how
youʼve moved that throughout your body. This fact that had accounted for
my childhood obesity; perhaps even my joint disease. Not gluttony and
lethargy; but a series of biochemical reactions to what I had been
consuming, what could not be removed from my body and how I moved it
around my system.
